like it Chiang Mai, Thailand
http://ecapguatemala.org.gt/poioe/3301 One day when I was finally able to drag myself out of bed… Jason and I stood side by side watching the muddy brown mysterious river run alongside our hotel. It was so different than anything we had ever seen. …so exotic. We were completely entranced with its natural quite beauty and serenity, framed by lush green plants and tall dark majestic palm trees arching and whispering to us. It was the orient! Just as I romatisized it–with even a little more warmth and tenderness. We stood in awe. The beautiful Thai boat anchored along the riverbank had a commending presence in this picturesque moment; as the girls darted on and off it- running about like little chipmunks, exploring this exotic new fairytale of a place.

I thought I had seen a lot in my life already, but more and more I realize there is so much more to see and so many more beautiful places to experience… I never knew Asia would be this amazing… ” We stood humbled by the beauty and energy of this place in time.
